Product Description:

Fmoc-strategy에 의한 보호된 펩타이드 단편 합성에 적합한 매우 산에 민감한 수지입니다. ClTrt resin는 특히 C-terminal prolyl 및 cysteinyl peptides의 제조에 적합합니다(please see 2-Chlorotrityl Chloride Resin-Linked Amino Acids). 이 수지로부터의 방출은 8% triisopropylsilane을 함유한 CH₂Cl₂에 1-50% TFA, AcOH/CF₃CH₂OH/CH₂Cl₂, 0.5% TFA 또는 hexafluoroisopropanol/CH₂Cl₂를 사용하여 달성됩니다.

ClTrt resin는 cyclization reactions under Heck reaction conditions, Fmoc-protected amino acid diazoketones의 Arndt-Eistert 동족화 반응을 통한 β-peptides의 solid phase synthesis, 그리고 a copper (I) salt  존재 하에서 alkynes, secondary amines 및 aldehydes의 Mannich 반응에 사용되어 해당 aminomethylalkynyl adducts을 생성합니다. 2-Chlorotrityl resin는 peptide alcohols(예: peptaibols) 및 peptide ω-aminoalkylamides 합성에 매우 적합합니다.
